I ordered the turkey sandwich with avocado and the citrus salad. Got home, sandwich was missing avocado and the salad was filled half way! Everytime I give Panera another chance "maybe they will be better this time," They continue to disappoint. It's wayyyyy over priced and the food is sub par! Not going back!

I love Panera Bread. This location gets a poor score and I will never go back after picking a ton of rotten lettuce out of my salad. i got the Asian salad, so not alot going on there, no way they didn't see it and served it anyway. I went through the drive thru, live 20 minutes away and I am completely disappointed.

I used to love Panera, but I will never go there again. Went to the Grand Blanc location last night. I received a pathetic excuse for a chicken salad sandwich. There was barely a TRACE of chicken salad on it. I returned to the counter to ask if they ran out of chicken salad and I was told by the smug employee that was the amount the sandwich is supposed to have on it. I replied that I've order that same sandwich for years and always had at least 4 times that amount - his response was that the other locations were putting on too much. So apparently, for the last 20+ years, every location I've visited has made their chicken salad sandwich WRONG. I also had a bad experience at the Miller Rd location recently when I ordered a bowl of French onion soup via drive thru only to get home and realize I spent $8 for a bowl of broth. No cheese. No onions.

I took my daughter here so I can only say what I observed. The service was good but I didn't like how almost everyone stared at us for either being black or having mask on.The staff was nice though.

So, totally grossed out!! I literally just pulled this long piece of hair out my mouth. It came out of the chili. I'm actually nauseated from this. Spoke with a manager who refunded me, but this is unacceptable. I asked were the cooks required to wear hair nets, and he said no. 🤢🤮

I always have a good experience here. I always go through drive through but they are always nice, helpful and fast! You Pick 2 option is the best!
