Big Boy

We have been going here the last few Sundays after our meeting in the morning. We get the buffet. On Easter Sunday we arrived there wasn't a wait which was positive, they were not busy at all. We waited quite a while for a water. Everything on the buffet was cold. I went and got a second plate and it was mediocre!! I was unimpressed for $19.07 plus a tip!

It's been a long time since I've been to this Big Boy. It's at a good location in downtown Grand Blanc with plenty of well maintained parking. The food was typical Big Boy fare, hot and well prepared. Everyone in our party was satisfied with their food. Like many places, they have staffing issues but wait times were not unusual. I wouldn't have noticed, but there was a sign noting it and their hours are slightly reduced. Samantha was our waitperson and she was very good to excellent! She was prompt once all our party arrived and she took great care of us (three adults and two kids). I highly doubt this Big Boy.

Please answer your phones i ordered 2 pies sunday got them and was very dissapointed they were bitter and had brown bannanas ithem which there was not many at all in the pie tried to call sunday nite up until 7 when they close with no answer? So monday looked at web said they were open called throughout the day no answer ? And here is tuesday tried calling at 8 am no answer at 815 no answer what is the problem here called the clio location and they answered in 1 ring they said the web was not updated and mondays they were closed ok well what about sun and today very very dissapointed in the resturant
