Dunkin'

I quite literally cannot say anything good about this location. The staff is extremely rude. Especially the boy(?) named Sawyer. I’m just trying to get a coffee. I did not order snarky and rude comments as well. 5 out of the last 6 times you have messed up my coffee. The workers don’t pay any attention,nor do they actually care about anyones order. I would expect after waiting 35 minutes in line for a coffee they would at least get the order right. I guess I was wrong. To add on to this, they denied my son the use of their bathroom. My son is a little overweight, but the comments they made as we walked away shocked me.

I ordered a coffee, iced tea, and a coffee roll. Waited about 20 minutes...finally got coffee roll and ice tea. The person behind me who was flirting with the male help received her hot drink before me and when I asked where my hot coffee was I was told they were working on it but they were busy. Really??? I walked out without my coffee....terrible service!! I will never return to this particular Dunkin again.

This location has no clue how to handle a rush. I am so sick of paying for my order only to ether get someone else’s, or my order but incomplete. The amount of times I’ve paid for items to then not get them is insane. I’ve wasted so much money at this location and I’m a DAILY customer. They’ve officially lost my business.

My seven year old daughter urgently needed to use a restroom. In desperation, I walked with her into the Dunkin Donut location in Grafton, MA and asked, if she may use theirs. The first person denied, I then asked him for the manager. He came, told me, that he cannot let her use it and that the restrooms at Stop & Shop are open. I mentioned, that she really needs to go and that I brought disinfectant wipes and I will make sure everything is really clean once we leave. He denied again, saying, that he would get into trouble with corporate, if he let her use the restroom. So I said ok, and turned around. Once we did that, it sounded like they were giving each other a high five and said something like “yeah!”. Like it was a big win, that the manager was backing the other guys back. So I turned around and said, “Do you think Corporate will be happy to hear that you denied a seven year old the restroom?” She really needed to go and I wouldn’t have asked, if it wouldn’t have been an emergency. But this behavior was completely unacceptable! I was there at 5/16/2021 at 4:20pm. This location is anything but family friendly! No worries guys, I won’t be back! Enjoy your win!

I don't know how this place has 4 stars. I placed an order through the mobil app this morning for a walk in order. They were supposed to open at 6. At 620 they were still closed. I wasted money on the mobil app because I couldn't get my coffee. The employees inside looked at me and ignored me when I knocked on the door and window. So sick of this place.
