I'd rather wait on my food and have it be hot n' fresh then something quick & cold. I'd suggest the fried chicken sandwich. BEST FRIED CHICKEN in all of Grafton, and trust me, I've tried them all. This Dairy Queen has definitely improved because of management, and they show it. It's not "fast food," but it's definitely good food.

I went to dairy queen by accident. I was really looking for a Burger King. But I didn't know that dairy queen have burgers. Its like another Burger King and everything its fresh. The onion rings my favorite😍, crispy, crunchy, it's just perfectly cooked Like I like it. I recommend this places👍👍👍

I was here not long ago with my mom. Cheeseburger was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I asked for them to make a fresh one. It took a while as no one was at the front. We ordered a regular sized fries and the boxes were not full. Also please do not touch the ice cream cones when you are bringing them out or wear some gloves for sanitary reasons...

I’ve been here 2X over the past few weeks and had great experiences both times. I left my phone here the first time and an employee kept it safe while I retraced my steps. I also came after a long day for an ice cream and was greeted and taken care of by friendly staff.

Young lady that took my order did not seem to want to talk to me at all. She did not utter one word beyond minimum to get my order. Fries were a bit warmer than room temp. My burger had been microwaved. The bun was hot to the touch, lettuce wilted. The staff was talking among themselves, no interest in customers.

Grafton dairy queen is not what it used to be.... Depending on who's working the service is good! The owner seems to chase away the good employees ...just now I couldn't get the flavor coffee I wanted because nothing was stocked while the owner and 3 other employees were sitting in his office talking!! Unfortunately the girls that new what they were doing are no longer there ...it's unfortunate I really love dairy queen

Food is always freshly made. Reasonable prices. Meat is higher quality then most chain drive thrus
