Had a real rough morning. And I had a bad attitude with someone at your counter. Went back and apologized to them for disrupting their day.
I love using the app to order for pickup. By the time I get there my sandwich is always ready for me. Jimmy John's has pretty good consistency, and this location isn't an exception. If you have tried Jimmy John's before and enjoyed it, expect to enjoy your sandwich from here.
I checked my sandwich after I ordered it, and they forgot the onions and my bread had broke in half, so I had to ask them to remake the sandwich, with onions on it and this time. Other than that it was great, and service was quick. Plus Ludacris was playing on the stereo system, so that was a plus, lol.
Really friendly employees and quick service! Also, they have crunchy ice.
I come here about three times a week, sorry it took so long to write a glowing review, always had downright excellent, superior experiences of the highest caliber! Amazing service, fresh delicious food in a number of enticing options so you can come often and mix it up. Their meat is great, but also tons of phenomenal vegetarian options I get regularly, WAY better than what comparable sandwich places offer. Sign up for their online app too, then you get many free rewards if you use to order online. The staff here are just superb, and also the veggie Unwiches are amazing in general or if you have a gluten free diner in your party. Highly recommended always, I keep coming back and have wonderful experiences every time... :D
5 minute drive from my job in Arden Hills. My co-workers saw my sandwich and quickly asked "where did you find Jimmy John's near here"!! Lol!!
My first time there. Ordered sandwich, price was higher than what was on the menu. BTW the menu pricing for a first timer is not easy to muddle through. When I said something the gentleman looked at the menu board then at his hand menus. Pricing was different. Ok, price goes up, I get that. I sit to finish my meal, the gentleman came over, he had adjusted off my meal. Wow, over and above what I was thinking. The sandwich was ok, but the service was great.

I ordered 3 sandwiches via the app and put in my promo code for 1 free side. The code was rejected for reasons unknown to me, so when I picked up my sandwiches I mentioned it to the manager and was given 1 free side on the spot. Thank you for the wonderful service .
I boycotted jimmy johns for a long time due to some issues. My first trip back in awhile wasn't bad. The subs were decent. Only complaint was the bread was a bit hard and they forgot my pickle until I reminded them.
