I love using the app to order for pickup. By the time I get there my sandwich is always ready for me. Jimmy John's has pretty good consistency, and this location isn't an exception. If you have tried Jimmy John's before and enjoyed it, expect to enjoy your sandwich from here.
I checked my sandwich after I ordered it, and they forgot the onions and my bread had broke in half, so I had to ask them to remake the sandwich, with onions on it and this time. Other than that it was great, and service was quick. Plus Ludacris was playing on the stereo system, so that was a plus,

I ordered 3 sandwiches via the app and put in my promo code for 1 free side. The code was rejected for reasons unknown to me, so when I picked up my sandwiches I mentioned it to the manager and was given 1 free side on the spot. Thank you for the wonderful service .
I boycotted jimmy johns for a long time due to some issues. My first trip back in awhile wasn't bad. The subs were decent. Only complaint was the bread was a bit hard and they forgot my pickle until I reminded them.
Used loyalty program points and got one of our sandwiches free. We have other rewards, but you can only use 1 per visit.
