Appropriately named, for my visits here are always very pleasant. The staff are helpful and friendly; I use a cane, and they always bring my food to the table (the one in front of the large plate glass windows, perfect for people watching). And the food itself is truly excellent: their muffins and soups are delicious, and thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients. Worth the drive from Salem.

Tasty food and yummy hot chai. Haven't had the smoothies yet, but they sound incredible! Great spot to get a little work done or meet someone for a hot/cold drink and some talk time.

Nice atmosphere. Nice seating. The drinks are good and the have almond milk it will make something with special requests even if it differs from the menu a bit. Sometimes the wifi goes out or they play music with ads.
Relaxed atmosphere, good music, and great food and drinks. The kind of place you could easily go to a few times per week. The staff is super friendly and I really dig the artwork they have there. This is the kind of place you bring a companion, a laptop, or a book and just kill an hour in.
A great coffee shop with just the right atmosphere. They may be serving great tea bit to me this looks and feels like a coffee shops. Good food also if you want to grab a bite.
My aunt runs this business, and trust me. The stuff I've tried is amazing. I have a sensitive stomach, like, REALLY sensitive, but even the rich drinks I could have. I would definitely recommend this to travelers/ tourists.
The drinks are amazing here! The hot chocolate is a great way to warm up on a cold day. The service is quick and the employees are always the nicest.
I had the brie, apple and raspberry jam panini and it was amazing. I also had a matcha latte (green tea) and that was also very good. They're friendly and quick and the shop has a great atmosphere.
Cozy third-wave haunt tucked away. Great ambiance, solid specialty drinks. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good hot drink. One star off for not enough couches!
Proper tea cafes are few and far between. This one is a gem. Good selection of loose leaf teas, and they even have gluten free and vegetarian options.
