Sake Roll

This is hands down the best sushi place I have every tried. Their fish is always fresh and the presentation is exquisite. The AYCE is a great deal if you are in the mood to try out a variety of options, but I'm sure that the ala carte is equally good. For the AYCE, you can try from the menu options A and B (see my pictures Menu Page 1 and Menu Page 2). There is no sashimi in the AYCE.

This is my FAVORITE sushi place, and it's always fresh and delicious. The portions are beyond generous! The all you can eat option includes all of the rolls (though a few are limited to dinner), along with all of the available nigiri. I tend to order mostly nigiri, and the fish to rice ratio is PERFECT. Nigiri should NEVER be 80% rice, 20% fish, which unfortunately is what a lot of sushi places give you. Not here! You get a nice thick piece of fish and a small roll of rice--the perfect ratio. The rice is deliciously seasoned and the fish is always cool, fresh, and delicious. The all you can eat option also includes the appetizers, salads, and desserts. The rolls I've had here were just amazing. A lot of them have tempura shrimp inside for those of you who dislike the idea of raw fish. The baked rolls are just decadent and delicious, warm and yummy--perfect for winter. :) They also have some kitchen meals for people who don't like fish, so there's something for everyone. If you aren't in the mood for all you can eat but you still want a variety of fish, you can get the chirashi-don, which is similar to a poke bowl, though without sauce (they do have poke bowl as well, though I haven't tried it). Next time I'm going for the sashimi. Oh, and try the quail eggs--it might be weird to you to eat raw eggs, but they're so rich and delicious you'll forget all about that part!
