Worst Customer Service! Today, my gf & I stopped at this location. Place was dead with only 1 couple sitting down eating. Worker was slicing meat while everyone was in the back. We stood there.... & stood there & stood there... Was not greeted & was not acknowledged AT ALL! Another guy came to the front, saw us & turned right back around. We still waited after that & than I finally grabbed my gf's hand & walked out. If you hate your job, quit. It's employees like you that make businesses lose money. I'm never coming back here again.

Unfortunately the service at this particular Jersey Mike's is just TERRIBLE! My kids and I stopped in to order a turkey sandwich around 5:30 pm. There were 3 employees working behind the counter and none of them acknowledged our presence. We stood in front of them for over 5 minutes and not even a hello or we'll be right with you. They all pretended they didn't see us. The sandwiches are good and I enjoy their food but with service like that...... makes me not want to come back .

I am not sure if they were all new workers today but they all looked so lost. No real organization at all. And why isn't there any sugar for the ice tea. I paid for a ice tea and than when I asked for the sugar they said they don't have any. Won't be going back to this location. I understand times are hard but still need organization

I ordered on-line and drove there to pick it up at 1:10pm when it was supposedly be ready....when I arrived they first couldn't find my order then she said it was being prepared. I finally got out of there 1:30. WOW why do u order ahead if they don't even make it till u get there. The female was the one I spoke to and she was not friendly whatsoever. People came and went, at least 3, while I kept waiting. Rudeness like her is not acceptable. Never going to the Glendora location again. The sandwich was very delicious and warm.

Do not go here if you want good service and to be treated respectfully Ordered 2 sandwiches and waited 20 minutes for the cheese steak. I had no idea they were calling our number plus you couldn’t hear over the music. When we asked about it we were screamed at saying they had been calling # 17. Liked I memorized the sandwich numbers!! The guy just wanted to argue and was rude to more than 1 patron. Couldn’t get his name Darn. The floor was dirty , iced tea machine doesn’t work and window sills filled with crumbs. The guy wrapping sandwiches never changed his gloves even after he took money. YUK!!
