Don't lose anything at this store. My boyfriend left his wallet there by mistake one night. After going and checking out the cameras they found that an employee stole it. After going there multiple times and even confronting the culprit multiple times, she denied it. Let your friends know how messed up they are. Only one guy was really helping my boyfriend. Be safe out there!

I like this 7-11 until recently. I’ve been coming here for over a decade. They have this one recent employee who doesn’t know how to use their POS and always ends up “stealing”. Stealing is the wrong word as I’m confident it isn’t intentional. Just don’t load paypal card at this location. What angers me is the careless manager and the poor correspondence from corporate.
Anyways would have given 4 stars but because of their lacl of training these emplyees, I give 2. Not 1 star because they stock a drink I like.

They never have anything. I've order twice already at different times with my postmate app. It clearly says that my order is ready for pickup. Once the driver goes to pick up my order they tell him they dont have anything. Why waist my time ? Why dont the employees just cancel the order instead of having the drivers go and have them all my. Plus I called and the employee was being rude. Who ever is working here at 5:40 am on a Sunday needs to be trained more on the job.

The man who works the shift at 3pm. He is really rude, he threw straws at some little kids when they asked for the slushy straws. Bad costumer service. Needs to be retrained. His attitude is no good for the franchise.

Most 711 stores are well kept. This one is NOT. The parking lot is a health hazard. Litter, sticky drink spills and vomit are the norm. Not kidding - no one maintains the property, so its a disgusting moment as soon as you get out of your car.
Inside the store, the floor is always sticky and the place is not clean.
Use another 711!!!
