Arby's

This is the single worst fast food establishment I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I had never had Arby’s before but after one was built in my area I decided to give it a chance. I will never be going again. The food was rancid and stank of sewage. The fries were soggy and had a horrid aftertaste. My soda was flat and had way too much ice. I wouldn’t haven’t eaten the meal if I was starving to death. I would prefer if they kept the Burger King that was previously at this location. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

In a day when everyone is short staffed, and high quality service gets harder to maintain, I sighed hard when I arrived at this location and saw 6 or 7 cars in the drive thru ahead of me during a lunch rush. These days, I expect a line like that to take up to 30 minutes. However, the line moved quickly, and I was able to place my order, pay and recieve all the correct items in a few minutes. Man, that's what the fast-food experience is supposed to be like.

I purchased a pecan, chicken salad sandwich and when I got home to eat it I was extremely disappointed with how dry the salad was and how small the portion was. I took it back to Arby's and was denied a refund and was given another sandwich from a different batch. I had to peel off some of the bread due to the small portion, it was not satisfying or worth $7.29. Please save you money.

Walk up to ask for bbq sauce and lady turns her back to me. I ask anyways and she shakes her head. Then when i get my food i ask if she put in bbq sauce she grabs some puts it in then i say thank you and she turns her back on me and says nothing. Everytime i go here i get service like that. I'll drive another 10 minutes to go to the next arbys whenever i can.
