I stop by here with my fiancée relatively often. We are always greeted warmly and receive excellent service. Aida is often the one to help us out. If you see her treat her nicely.

Great place to get ice cream. Always friendly and willing to help.
Had an issue with a milkshake today, feel it had a much lower amount than normal. Normally it's to the brim, not sure why it was so low. Perhaps the ice cream was melted more than normal. No issue, both of the workers working the afternoon shift were attentive, understood my concerns and worked out a remedy for me. Very much appreciated! So be sure to stop by and get some ice cream from here!

I bought a shake and it cost me like $6

No... I am NOT cheap. I spend money like a drunk sailor
But I do NOT see value in a $6 shake when I can get the same dam thing down the street for a 1/3rd of the price
NEVER will I visit any 31 Flavor store
They won't be in business for long IMHO

Great location, nice parking space, great customer service, has a large selection of yummy Icecream cakes 🎂 and of course yummy flavorful Icecream! Location in a shopping center on north Glendale! Dropped my two-scoop cone of pink bubblegum and mint chocolate chip on the ground outside of this 31 Flavors in 1973. Splattered all over my Garanimals bell bottoms. I cried. I was only 8. Totally took the groovy right out of that Saturday night.
