Taco Bell

So I’m VERY upset at the service I received from this Taco Bell specifically! So I ordered online through DoorDash because I wasn’t feeling too well and didn’t want to risk anybody getting sick. I ordered 2 bean burritos with EXTRA red sauce (& they put NO red sauce) and the I spent the $8 for a 12 piece Cinnabon (which were hard and cold) (not fresh!!!!) and when I received everything, everything was cold. You know when you pay eight dollars extra for a 12 piece Cinnabon you expect it to be fresh!! So with me not being satisfied with my order I called down to the Taco Bell which a team member answered the phone and said that he would put a shift lead on to talk to me they ended up hanging up on me. Which was extremely rude! I’ve called them multiple times just to hear the voicemail. I will be coming in tomorrow for a refund and a fresh order!

It just doesn't make any sense!! I order: 3-Crunchy Taco Supremes 2- Reg/Gordito Crunches To which my total as I was told was $14.60. I get to the window and as they're confirming my order they rang me up for the Dorito/Nacho Gordito Crunch. Now the Dorito Crunch is more expensive than the regular. I correct the cashier on my order for the Regular Gordito's and when they make the change my NEW Total is..$17.08!! I ask, how did my total Increase when it's for the cheaper sandwich?? Cashier was oblivious and states they have to get the Mgr. Manager appears, (Resolution!!...NOPE!!) Manager explains the mistake back to me, I agree with the mix-up but still question the price increase Mgr was just as oblivious as the previous employee!! Are you all Seriously asking for Higher Pay??

I went to this location yesterday there was a lady wearing a black face Vail she was very rude and disrespectful when I asked for mild hot sauce she gave me three package and I asked if I could get a little bit more please and her response was I gave you enough already so leave she is so disrespectful I would never go to this location again I don’t recommend it for anybody else it’s worth it to drive out of your way for another Taco Bell.

Been waiting since 10:58 am for our food was told our name was called for our order then our food sat on the counter getting cold then instead of handing me my order they tried to give me one item off of my order then when asked to remake my food the workers and manager on duty got rude one of your workers git a attitude with my husband and proceeded to say he personally called my husband's name for the order and went In the backed and laughed about not getting our order out to us in a timely manner
