Rude service from the chubby Asian lady. She was extremely rude when I was missing an item. I let her know in a kind manner. Keep
In mind we were the only ones in the store abs empty drive thru. So I didn’t understand why she was rude.

Great customer service is awesome and I will be there in a few minutes to get a new one for the week! open up the next one is hot and you can get it to you tomorrow morning and see if you can get it done.

This location has a drive thru, but I don't use it as it takes just as long sometimes more to get through it. It does have enough parking so that's a plus. The inside had plenty of seating both inside and outside. The staff have been friendly and quick to make it right if there was a mistake. Standard Starbucks fair, with drinks and eats.

I have been patronizing this Starbucks since it opened and the speed and accuracy of the employees is absolutely perfect. Also, on at least three occasions my mobile order went to another Starbucks because I didn't pay attention to which Starbucks I was saying yes too and they still made my drink and refused to let me pay for it even though that wasn't the store I bought from. Just amazing people that work there!!!

It’s coffee it’s not rocket science, but some how they seem to get the order wrong consistently via the drive though. Maybe better luck inside ordering. Starbucks isn’t what it use to be.

Your employees don’t know what they are doing. On a picture attached was supposed to be A decaf caramel frapp. I waited for 18 minutes for my order and literally got milk blended with ice and sugar (not even a caramel topping was added). When I told the barista that it’s not what I ordered he insisted that decaf means “without coffee”, when I said no it means with decaf coffee, he said that what they add is just a color 🤯 My mind was blown by that stupid answer and I just didn’t want people behind me wait even longer so I just said ok and left. Learn your menu!!!
