Used to work at a chipotle myself when I was younger and I understand how stressful it can get sometimes. The young lady that was taking my order was very sweet and didn’t make me feel like a bother if I asked for a little extra this or that during what seemed to be their rush hour I’m assuming. It probably took me around 30 minutes to finish my bowl and I heard around 4-5 different customers being very rude to the same workers that I had a pleasant experience with. Some people forget that these are real people behind the glass. Great food and great service! Would definitely come back again!

Staff was very pleasant & worked efficiently to get the line moving swiftly. They packed my burrito bowl really well & it was super filling! Guacamole was fresh & seasoned just right!

Decent Chipotle Experience - ordered takeout yesterday. I really enjoy chipotle's chicken quality and have to say that it is one of the reasons I order it regularly. Had burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, cheese, lettuce, and salsa. Also a big fan of the new quesadillas, which are quite filling and tasty. Chicken quesadillas are very good and highly recommend.

I get food from here all the time, but never again.
They frequently mess up my orders. I order veggie bowls and I can't have any animal products. And more often than not I find a stray piece of meat, or more likely some cheese. They are careless, and their stations are unclean.
If I could leave a lower review I would!

Need to train new employees better.
meat portion is so small, i asked if thats the right amount, he mumbles yes
Then proceeds to pour water from salsa.. in to the bowl..

Went to get food in the bowl. They put a little bit of meet. Really tight with meet. Prefer to go to the one o. Foothill, Pasadena.

It's our local Chipotle and I wish I could rate the food only, that's 4, but I need to give 1 start, so the management/branch owner knows what happens in this branch. I got there 20 minutes before the closing hour mentioned in Google, store's website, and on the sign on the door. The door was closed, so I knocked on the door and the guy who was cleaning came forward and said it's closed. I said there's still 20 minutes left, but he said everything is down and he can't take orders. This is not the first time they've done this, and has happened to me at least 4-5 times.

This Chipotle is absolute perfection. Tonight Jose and Enrique gave me a very warm and light-hearted experience the food tasted amazing thank you to everyone! I always specifically will go out of my way to come to this location
