On 3 to-go orders Chownow botched 2 orders and got canceled. Chow now stinks,but the food and service top-notch !

Food was so good. service was good but everything is mostly self served. If you come when it’s busy good luck finding a table. You will need to wait but it’s worth it. They also have seating outside.

It's the Texas toast that really makes Their BBQ sandwiches stand out for me. It's both buttery and crisp, really worth a try. The pulled pork and brisket sandwiches were very good. The casual atmosphere of the restaurant makes it a great joint for grabbing a relatively quick bite of BBQ

Ordered via the app for the customer appreciation event. No concerns with app or my order. Waited quite some time for food to be ready at pick up even though I was offered a time and we were past it by 10 min. Glad I chose to dine in, was missing a few items and honestly should have taken onion rings back up they were about 3 min short of fully cooked and were doughy. They fixed missing items swiftly and I never addressed the onion rings just won't order again since I normally take my food to go.

Oh my God. They have every day specials. The pulled pork sandwiches were amazing. Great places. Staff was amazing. Those girls were courteous.

I went in on Tuesday January 10th in the afternoon and the costumer service was amazing! Although it is almost always packed my food arrives hot and in less than 20 minutes. Overall I highly recommend!

Had the half rack platter and it was good. The hush puppies are delicious and I was pleased with the meal. The "Texas toast" was just buttered bread though, very disappointed with that. It wasn't at all toasted. The pork was tender and the bones came out clean. The BBQ sauce was more vinegary than I like, I tend to like sweeter BBQ sauce, but I would order from here again.

Portions are a good size. Food taste great. I had the Shaniac burger which was delicious and by the way, once you eat one, you become a member of the Shaniac club...which translates into, 10% off any Shaniac from here on out and a free one on your birthday (Mic drop). Enough said.
