Taco Bell

They got my order wrong, went into the store and they remade it for me very quickly. They were very funny, kind, nice, apologetic, and gave me great conversation and a drink while I waited for my burrito to be remade. Ethan and Ray were overall amazing. Lobby was clean and the atmosphere was great. Moral of the story if they do get your order wrong just go in, be nice, let them know what happened, and they will give you jokes, great conversation, and they will make it right.

The restaurant and employees are great! The food is just the same meats and lettuce inside different types of delivery methods such as hard shell, soft shell, soft shell inside hard shell. Nothing tastes particular good and that's not the fault of the cooks or employees. That's just what the big dogs wearing suits have to offer.

Only rated high so it shows first! Worst location ever! So unorganized, don't ever leave the parking lot without making sure you have everything since they never put everything in the bag! They are way to slow and unorganized. So when you are missing something and go back in to get it be prepared to wait over 10 minutes for the item your missing!

Had the best experience tonight at this location. I ordered my stupid little burrito. It's from the old days. Beef burrito with cheese & extra red sauce. It's like an enchilada outside in. I drove up to the window & the manager thanked me for being the nicest person to him all day. He said he's working hard to turn the reputation of this store around. My food was hot & fast. It was done right & they were so friendly. I'm sad people treat fast food workers so poorly but the location deserves some recognition for effort. Good job Taco Bell KFC! You have the best attitude for success & I hope you achieve the results you're after. :)
