Denny's

My fiancé and I came in tonight to have some breakfast for dinner. Upon walking in, we noticed it was a little busier than normal for a Wednesday evening. The host at the front, Alejandro, asked us to wait just a moment before being seated and let us know that he was the only one working the front of the diner tonight— meaning he was hosting, waiting tables, and bussing tables when he could! We were more than understanding, and only had to wait three additional minutes before we were seated. We knew Alejandro was tired, but he hid his exhaustion well and was extremely welcoming, attentive, polite to all the customers dining in around us, and was energetic as he served his tables. We were truly impressed by his hard work and were sure to tell the manager once she came in to help right before we left! And of course, our food was great and came out not too long after we ordered! We ordered a ham omelette with pancakes, and steak and eggs with pancakes— all fabulous! It was the first time I had ordered any kind of steak from Denny’s, and I was honestly shocked. It was tender and flavorful! Definitely will be ordering the steak and eggs again. 😁 We were so hungry we didn’t take any photos, regretfully. But you can’t really ever go wrong with Denny’s, especially this location on 51st and Thunderbird!

This was probably one of our best Dennys experiences in a really long time! The restaurant was very clean and we were greeted/seated quickly(which is usually the opposite on a Sunday morning at other places!) The food was hot and fresh and it took no time at all to receive our order :) our waitress Nayeli was extremely friendly and attentive; we definitely left feeling better than we did when we arrived, and we will 100% be back again

After trying to get a last minute group of 20 into a couple different restaurants, general manager Josie said she would make it possible. Within a few minutes they had set up tables. We were really lucky to have Tracy as our server. She managed to serve 20 people, and make everyone feel comfortable. She was extremely patient and made it a fun experience. They also made it possible to get happy birthday in for mom. Not once did I see them break a sweat with us 🤣 Really great experience. The food was perfect, thank you to the kitchen for keeping up with us. Will definitely come back with the family. Tracy thank you for getting a picture of us. Phenomenal service! ❤️

Our waiter Alejandro and cook Christian were the only ones working and gave us the most Amazing service! We had a large party of 7 and our food was sooo delicious 😋. The service was perfect! Alejandro was very courteous, attentive and gave us 5 star 🌟 Service even though we walked in 30 min before closing and we kept them over. He was very polite. These 2 deserve a raise. We will definitely be back & recommend. Thank you for great food & service!

We visited this Dennys on 11/16/2023 and had a great experience! Our server Alejandro was very friendly, quick, and attentive. The food was made quickly and was hot! The food tasted great and we enjoyed the upgraded dining room. We do not live even remotely close to this location, but will make the drive for the service.

My server Merrick was excellent! Went beyond his call of duty. Maid sure we got our food the way we ordered it. Friendly, he took his job seriously. He always busy, cleaning, came around every 5 to 7 minutes to see if we needed something or if our food was great. Manager Josie was very kind, she treated her employees, and customers with respect. I just cant say enough about how clean, the restraunt was. the food was cooked to satisfaction. Thank you Merrick, and Josie for a GREAT EXPERIENCE!
