Good food, great quantities, reasonably priced, friendly staff and great pie!
We always get great service and we love their breakfast.
The cashier, Leah was very friendly with great customer service skills. The chili oil skillet was delicious. The skillet potatoes were perfectly fried. The egg was cooked as requested. My son ordered the fish and chips and it was exactly what he was craving. My mom ordered a breakfast plate and her hash browns were a bit dry. We'll stick to homestyle potatoes going forward. Other than that everything else was great.
Jorge was accommodating and was brief with his work when he came to deliver drinks. The food looked delicious and the milkshake was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back.
I stopped in for dinner and we had a pleasant time. We were seated fast and our secretary was amazing! We were treated very well and the food was good.
What a wonderful place I discovered. Such a good vibe. Incredible food. The pork chili, the Ruben just like in New York, the french fries and the peach pie and vanilla ice cream. I see now that every Wednesday is pie Wednesday. I had trouble with my payment and there was so nice and helpful.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Our server Kyndell was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. They were so patient, and made sure we got everything we ordered, and were always keeping our drinks filled. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends, and I can't wait to go back and have this server again!
Took my son's here for dinner before a concert. The food was excellent. My youngest got to experience chicken fried steak for the first time, and he loved it. A good memory for this family.
I had a pick up order that wasn’t quite ready when I arrived, although I did arrive over the time it expected it to be ready. They were out of to go silverware due to a delivery delay. When I arrived, what I believe to be the manager, explained right away what was going. She apologized and let me know she had someone grabbing silverware from the store. While I was waiting she was extremely kind and personable. Things happen out of no fault to the restaurant/staff. Having such a nice staff really makes a difference when things do happen.
Our waitress Mary did an excellent job. The food was excellent and adjusted the way I wanted it to be. Mary was quick with refills and getting extra gravy for my meal. I will be coming back.
My husband and I went in for breakfast and we had the pleasure of meeting and experiencing Cameron ! His energy is incredible! His customer service top tier we never had to ask for anything he just brought it without any hesitation I would 10000% come back just to have an experience with Cameron again!
You know, it's corporate, but the staff and the food here are really, really good. Separately, of course. I'm normally a mom and pop type supporter, but as far as corporations go, this particular VI is top notch and I'd recommend to anyone looking for great American comfort foods. Love it, love it all!
