Fast , and quick. Great service and the three workers alll seemed on same page working together. I paid with card and unfortunately was not able to leave tip. I’ll have to remember to bring cash next visit. The lady at register didn’t make me feel like I had to like most other places.

For some reason, they commonly do “mobile orders only”. Their mobile order service is also slow. Order comes out 15min after the designated time. Management needs to correct deficiencies and fix their processes to improve efficiency

I drive in to town for chipotle and 7 out of 8 times they have a sign that says online order pickup only. That one time where i was actually able to get chipotle and not have my time and miles wasted was great but even though stores have been opened up for months now this particular chipotle seems to decide randomely when it will be open and when it will be closed. And I dont have room on my phone for their bs ap. So you can expect to have many hours of your life wasted if you are a wannabe walk in customer. I dont really see why some days is business as usual and others they turn you away to go order outside on your phone. This is about my 12th time driving to chipotle and being turned away. I guess im done with the franchise.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DONT GO HERE. A BUNCH OF IMMATURE KIDS!! The place was disgusting and this kid kept throwing stuff at his coworker as he was serving us and a ball of foil he was throwing fell into a batch of salsa. We didn’t even eat here we literally left after that. Do not waste your time. I was appalled at the conditions and behavior seen at this chipotle.

Highly disappointed, especially with the manager. He was completely rude and treated his employee like she meant nothing. Even as a customer being completely ignored and treated like nothing, the food turned out cold. Go figure.

I always love my salad or 🌯 burrito at Chipotle plus add the chips and guacamole.
The guacamole seems watered down and frozen. Wonder why?

I like chipotle but this place in Gilroy needs to work on being clean I went in the other day and there counter where you pay for food had human hair on it and the food counter are always dirty and including there seating areas always have a lot of trash laying around ..
