Taco Bell

Today was my last visit to this location. Ive had it! Years ago when they offered the enchirito, my husband and I got some late night food from this location, a fee hours later I was billowed over the toilet vomiting. I stayed away for years. Now that I have kids, its a pain to always drive to 10th street to get good, decent taco bell. I gave this place another try. Recently there is a man who works here that never gets my order correct and he has a rude attitude like im ordering too much. Bro you picked the job, not me. So today’s experience is great. Ordered my food, the young female at the window was giving me my change and a dollar bill blew from her hands. She kept telling me its right there. Under my car, this chicks wants me to fish for my own change. Instead of giving me another dollar from the register she made me chase money that was her mistake. Ive given so much money to taco bell over the span of my life, its a real shame this happened. Never ever again will you catch me at this location.

The drive thru is god awful. So slow every single time. I wasted 20 minutes of a 30 minute lunch break just waiting on FOUR CARS in front of me! That’s absolutely ridiculous! This is the second time this has happened. Didn’t even get to enjoy my break. I’m never coming back to this location ever again!

The night shift crew are horrible employees that never seem to get any of my orders right. Either I get home and something is missing that I paid for or didn’t get the order right and whoever’s cooking and handling the food needs some tighter hair nets because it’s very unpleasant finding a hair in your food. I won’t come back here at night. Hopefully the day shift can make up for the night shifts lack of good customer service and better quality food safety and sanitary preparations.

This taco bell is the worst! Ordered regular nachos and they give half a cup of cheese. I order from door dash and ask for 30 sauces for a 10 pack of tacos and burritos and they give me 5. Like c'mon ! I'm asking for 3 sauces per item I think that's pretty standard. Sometimes I get no sauce at all. If you are really going to be that cheap with your sauces then add an option to charge me for them. I mean taco bell sauce is a main ingredient to your food! Brandon already has his hands in my pocket with this out of control inflation so you might as well too by charging me for taco sauce. I just want to enjoy the simple things in life without it being a hassle. P.S. your food tastes awful without taco sauce. I'm attempting to choke down this dry taco without sauce as I write this review. If gas prices weren't so high I'd drive over there and get some in order to eat this meal without choking.
