I give Auntie Anne's Pretzels's Bakery a 5 because they are easy to work with and have delicious princess cake. It is the best I have ever had. It has the best ratio of ingredients and so light and delicious. Calling into order is super easy and they have a great display of their goodies. I've had some of their other deserts and they were also really good. You can't go wrong with this place!!! They even customize if you want a name or something on it.

This past month I've been In at least 4 times and i see new faces. This kind and young lady and a gentleman that are usually there in the morning are amazing with a very bright smile and amazing customer service. Which I cant say that about the afternoon crew very rude and always have an attitude. And today that I went in really missed seeing the two that were in the morning during the week.

Met a cashier here who was wildly friendly. Younger, born in may because we share a bday. He offered to buy me a pretzel for my birthday. I know that's not ideal but the sentiment counts. The store was clean and quick to give me food. I enjoyed it. Thanks for the experience.

Fresh pretzels are worth the wait, that's when they taste the best. I've gotten some stuff from inside the glass, you can tell it's been sitting. I wouldn't go in their after 7:30 pm unless it's busy, they won't make anything new if their out.
