Domino's Pizza

Im going to update my review.. I recently accumulated enough points to redeem my free pizza. I did that tonight 2/26/2022 @ 8pm. The pizza i received was dry , and only had toppings on one side of the pizza. After the previous review the main manager reached out and haven't had any problems since tonight.. the crew working Tonight was a Total Fail.. when I hear from the manager again I will make sure he corrects his incompetent staff... Male delivery driver In Blue 4 door car was asked to slow down in RV park. He responded F**** You sped off and almost hit my dog. Slow down your delivering Pizza not gernades...

Never in my 59 years of life have I had to deal with such an unprofessional Manager of any restaurant or food outlet of any kind. We ordered two pizzas. I ordered extra mushrooms on mine and paid for it. Wife picked up the pizzas and brought them home. Mine didn't have extra mushrooms on it that I paid for. As you can see in the photo there wasn't even a regular amount of mushrooms on it. If you look close you might be able to find maybe 4-5 little pieces of mushrooms. So I called the store to let them know. A very professional young lady answered the phone and said let me get you the manager. Manager got on the phone and I tried to explain what was going on. Basically I paid for extra mushrooms and didn't get them. As a matter of fact there wasn't even the regular amount of mushrooms on it. She sounded annoyed and said: sir, pizzas are sold by weight. I said ok but I paid for extra mushrooms and didn't get them. She said we can make you another pizza or give you a credit for one. I told her that would be fine as I wasn't planning on going back too town. I said a credit just for the extra mushrooms would be fine. Phone went dead. Yup, evidently she was done talking to me before we finished our conversation. So I grabbed the pizza and went back too town to drop it off. Got to the window and asked to speak to the manger. Manager came up and I introduced myself as the customer you just hung up on. She yelled back "I DIDNT HANG UP ON YOU," I said yes you most certainly did and here is your pizza back you can do whatever you want with it. At that point she yelled and I quote 'SCREW YOU" then slammed the window shut in my face. Yes I had a couple choice words for her as she went storming off. Guess what Manager: You lost a customer for life at your store, at least until you are replaced. You shouldn't be working in any job where you have to deal with customers as you really suck at it.

The food was decent albeit my pasta was under cooked. However the store is rediculosly understaffed. My order had been a delivery order but they called me and I had to drive out to the store and wait around 20 minutes to get my food. I do live very close to this location so it wasn't too much of an issue for me. I could definitely be for other people though.

I've only ever had one order made incorrectly, and I wasn't even the one who noticed it...the manager did when he brought my pizza out to my car. He mentioned they had made a mistake, and were making me another pizza, plus I got to keep the extra one free of charge. Great customer service! Honest! Integrity! And the employees always greet me with a smile 😃

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family doesn't eat pizza often so this was a treat. We ordered delivery (almost $36 order) through the app. App was simple enough. This is the first time we've ordered from this chain and from this location. After one hour, the app said our food had been delivered. It had not. So, I called the store. After a ten minute hold, a very rushed young man answered and said he showed that the driver attempted to deliver, knocked and called me but no reply so he went back to the store. This too, is incorrect. No one came to my house and no one called me. The young man said he was down to one delivery driver and he would have the driver back to my house as soon as he could. A total of 1.5 hours after placing the order, the driver did show and was friendly enough for our 2 second exchange. I will mention the driver did comment, "I found your house this time." The pizza was disgusting so we threw it away. The other items we ordered were good. I'm sad to say this will be the last time ordering from this location and probably from Domino's, in general. Attached to the order on the app was a survey. I did complete it and within 30 minutes, we received a call from this location. I did not answer and there was no message left.
