The service was average for fast food and the employee lacked motivation and personality meaning, no smile, little to no eye contact, and hurried responses. The food wasn't the worst but wasn't that great either. Buns for burgers were hard around edges and tasted stale.

The last couple visits have made me decide it'll be a while before visiting Gilmer McDonald's. Understand employee shortage etc but come on 20 minute wait on food after ordering then still getting home and didn't get what you ordered charged doubt for what you did get. Personal experience.

Why have the Lobby open when all the employees just stare at you and don’t take your order?!? And the parking lot and drive thru were trashy looking! Bathrooms dirty. Didn’t see any managers. I was gonna ask if McDonald’s was open or what? I was confused.

McDonald's use to be my number one favorite fast food. But not anymore. I have them 4 stars. But the one on Redbird Lane, only deserves 3 stars. Their service is horrible.

Ordered 3 happy meals with extra fries and was given apple slices instead. Got the 20 piece nugget bundle with 2 fries the nuggets were so rubbery and nasty fries weren't fresh

My pregnant wife was craving A chicken sandwich and mac sauce. I had to double check if the mac sauce was in the bag……it wasn’t so I asked about it because I can’t come home without it. The lady at the window looks me in my eyes and says that they are out of mac sauce (I paid for the sauce) and closed the door in my face. Didn’t even offer to give me another sauce or anything. Normally I wouldn’t care but again my wife is pregnant so if she doesn’t get what she wants I get yelled at. Thanks for ruining my night.

Ordered a happy meal with double fries and my son didnt get dbl fries.. Order was ready fast and the food was good minus the missing dbl fry..
