Management: PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR LOUD MUSIC! We walked in and nearly walked back out. Husband had to ask half a dozen times for them to turn down the music. The people on both sides of us complained as well to the nasty staff. Finally, someone turned it down to the level it's normally at but this is the second time it's happened. We are regulars but will find somewhere else to be a regular if this continues.

Music is SO LOUD you can't hear people you dine with. A group of three other friends and I frequent this place once a week for lunch. Used to be fine. Now the music is blasting. Hard, deep loud beats. We asked four times for it to be turned down. The young woman was snooty about it. "It's already lower than usual." No. It's not. Finally a man, I think the manager, turned it down some. Still not enough. We told our neighbors this and they've had the same experience. GH Applebees is going to be losing a lot of their lunch regulars if they don't do something. Even though our group was the only one in there, the hostess kept seating people right next to us so it was even harder to hear. The food, not good now. Ordered a dish and was 80 rice. PLEASE APPLEBEE"S GH, do something about your MUSIC!
