Such a great place! The food was amazing. To start, the salad was fresh and had great flavor. I got the Chicken Cordon Bleu and it was the best I've ever had. Oh... And the Mac N Cheese?? Incredible. It's a very unique, creamy flavor... I can't put my finger on it to describe it, but it's an amazing flavor. Lastly, lots of great desserts... Cakes and cheesecakes. I haven’t been to the new Kimbers yet, so I decided to give it a try tonight. It was amazing! They had a seafood special with oysters, the seafood was so fresh. Best I’ve had in this area ever. I asked to speak to the chef, he said the seafood is breaded when you order…..so it was not heavy or old tasting. We definitely will be back…..Great job to the new owners!! My kids also really enjoyed the Chicken tenders and fries!
Not only do i enjoy working here, i love our customers and food! we have some of the best steak and chicken i’ve ever had and we have great appetizers and sides. my favorite is the mac and cheese!!

I went to Kimber's tonight for the first time. Atmosphere and staff are great. Our waitress Theresa was very friendly. The food was so much better than any steakhouse I've been too. I got dessert to go because I couldn't resist the Butter pecan Cheesecake. It was delicious!!! I will be back. Highly recommend.
We happened across Kimber's around lunch time and took a chance. It was excellent! I didn't have a steak but next time I will. Ambiance was a true steakhouse with a nice bar area and complete wine list. Great service and the seasoned steak fries are the best I've had with their signature seasonings. We will be back.
Wonderful atmosphere with pleasant music, just the right lighting, private booths, and very friendly and attentive staff. The food is the best - Cheeseburgers out of this world, and words escape me to describe their cakes and desserts. I have eaten there three times, and I always get a large helping of cake or dessert. Last week I had Tiramisu, and took a piece home to my wife in Boone. She enjoyed eating it over three days. On a previous visit the chocolate cake slice was so big, I had them cut it in half and took it back to Boone for my wife to enjoy! I'm looking forward to my next visit in the near future! And just maybe that Banana cake! Here's hoping!!!
