Hole In The Wall, And Small At That. This little hole-in-the-wall offers solid, if not spectacular, country cooking. This place changed hands a while back, but the food remains very good. Lunch is served cafeteria style, and the place is small, so some times seating can be a problem. Their fried chicken is excellent (they serve it every day, as they do the excellent county style steak), as are all their other meats & veggies.
They also serve an excellent chili dog. Breakfast is also very good. I have eaten here many times, and never been disappointed, and unlike some places over the last few year, they have not changed the portion size, and the prices are more than reasonable.
PANCAKES!. I love their pancakes, GREAT hometown feel, and southern hospitality....definitely a place to grab a quick bite...also like their lunch choices 1 meat & 2 veg for like $6 with a drink!
We love Pete's on the weekend. Their breakfast is delicious, and so is their hot bar. I don't mind sleeping in a little so we can get there around 10:30. The kids like getting breakfast and the parents like getting lunch. It's so reasonably priced and includes a drink.
$5 breakfast - 1 egg, hashbrowns, 2 sausage patties, 2 pieces toast, jelly and coffee. Great friendly service. First visit - won't be my last.
I enjoyed visiting this restaurant for breakfast. The staff was very nice and even though it's a small restaurant, it was very cozy. The food was good and I enjoyed coffee, French toast, eggs and sausage. The only complaint that I have is that when I got there the floor was a little bit dirty. The girl who waited on me was kind enough to clean it up a little bit before I sat down. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit! Four stars out of five only because the floor needed to be swept.
Had a delicious burger; and my grandson had breakfast. The food was delicious and the buffet is incredible.
The baked chicken, mac and cheese, and green beans were very tasty. Oh the peach cobbler was good too! The employees were very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed it.
We try to eat here most mornings I'm not working, great staff, great food! Only cash and checks accepted. Great little small town grill!
