I'm a pretty big lasagna lover.... and this was pure heaven. Absolutely fantastic. Very nice outside dining area as well. Pizza was much larger than expected. Felt like I was as a resort.
Great spot with good food and reasonable prices. I am not a wine drinker, but I play along because my wife loves it. I would give it a 5 if they served beer or mixed drinks! For a app, we had the Charcuterie plate which was amazing and huge. Our dinners were the Ribeye and a Gorgonzola Pasta dish that was also good. My only disappointment was when I left my leftovers in the car that night and couldn't eat them for lunch the next morning lol.
I have been wanting to try Narcisi's since a friend told me about it months ago. It was a beautiful summer evening so we picked the patio seating. We had just enough time to explore the winery & try a sample before our table was ready. Both of us started with a delicious Cesar salad. My husband...
Last weekend my sister was celebrating her birthday, and wanted to meet at Narcisi Winery in Gibsonia, PA. I had never heard of the winery, but was eager to have a meal with my family, and enjoy some Italian food and wine. A bit of a preface- Pennsylvania wines are usually less than exceptional because of the lack of sun, wet climate, and baron soil. What results, are wines that are lacking body, and depth. Most east coast wines are also unbearably sweet.
Getting seated is the hardest part of the experience. The wlne is exellent . the music is also exellent the food is exellent. It makes you forget how hard it was to be seated.
Food is Great Service is Terrible. Should have a more refined staff for service.
Their red Wine is fantastic and the food is just as enjoyable. We patronize this place mostly in the summer as they have a fantastic (first come first serve) outdoor patio with music on some nights! Definitely a place out of the ordinary!
A fun night out. I really enjoyed this place. I grew up about 10 minutes away, but had never been before. I went last night for a friend's birthday party and loved it.
The wines are SWEET (but that's what you should expect from any wine in this region). I liked the Rosabella. It was a crisp white and not too sweet.
Our waiter Andrew was awesome. I've seen some reviewers complaining about the service, but Andrew was great.
I started with the goat cheese medallions. They were good, very rich, not what you might expect. Then I had the Vite Salad. It was delicious. Finally I had the swordfish that was on special. It was also very good.
My husband ordered the Mediterranean pizza. It was fantastic. All of my friends raved about their meals.
I honestly was really pleasantly surprised by this place. I went in not expecting much and left very happy and very full. I will certainly go again.
I was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Service was excellent, food was good and on a hot summer evening the wine was pretty good. The best part is the ambiance/atmosphere. We sat outside and listened to the band while our kids ran around and played. A great evening and a hidden gem in the north.
Great time tonight at Narcisi winery on a beautiful evening.Ordered the Caesar salad and split two pizzas, the marguerite and the pepperoni pizza. All the food was excellent. If you enjoy great food and wine it is a must stop in the north hills.
Narcisi Winery isn't as far away as I thought and I'm so glad my folks suggested going there. It's beautiful. The service was amazing. The wine was delicious (they also had a delicious wine slush my dad saw on the menu, perfect for a hot day), and the food was great. I can't wait to return to try more of the menu.
We ordered a bottle of wine and I had a wine slush, but I had missed the wine flight options on the back of the wine menu. I should have asked - next time, I will definitely get a flight to try, so I can sample more of the wine.
I highly recommend the winery for lunch, dinner, or events. It's such a beautiful location and everything was wonderful.
Beautiful winery and grounds! Good food, desserts and DELICIOUS coffee. Wine tasting was not available, but we still purchased wine.
Love the different seating areas. Great place to go for an afternoon or evening to listen to music and enjoy some wine and food with friends! One of the nicest wineries around!
The atmosphere cannot be beat on a beautiful evening outside. The staff was very courteous and attentive and service and food and of course the wine were exceptionally good! I really would like to return before I return to Tennessee! Highly recommend this place!!
This weekend we had a reception to celebrate our elopement at Narcisi Winery. Our entire experience with them was excellent from start to finish! Sarah, the events coordinator, was super responsive via email over the last 6 months as we planned the event. We rented the full banquet room (max 80 people, we had 55) and it was spacious, clean, and beautiful with our minimal decor that we set up. We chose the lunch buffet (the menu to choose from was large!) and the food was plentiful and delicious. Even our gluten free guest was very happy with her meal that came straight out from the kitchen. During our event, our server Nicole was super helpful and kind. We were able to get beautiful pictures outside, as well as set up some yard games for guests to play. I would recommend Narcisi to anyone looking to host a small reception, party, or shower with great food & wine and beautiful outdoor space!
Private baby shower. Food was delicious, roasted tomato dipping sauce was amazing. The rest of the winery was busy too.
I went here as a part of a group of six people with a reservation. We were immediately seated upon entering. We were brought out bread and dipping oil with seasoned bread crumbs along with water for everybody. The waiting staff were quick, friendly, and efficient. The lasagna was incredible. Definitely recommend this place!
This place is the best. From wine to food to atmosphere, you seriously can’t go wrong. It’s great even when the outdoor patio area is closed for winter. By the way: I don’t usually like sweet wine (I’m into dry reds and whites), but their peach wine is AMAZING. They were out of the raspberry wine tonight, but I can’t wait to try that next.
Excellent live music, beautiful venue, and good food. Prices were good as well.
