Domino's Pizza

Hi. I only give this two stars because it had just open and it was not very clean. There was uncooked cheese crumbs snd other food particles on and around the counter and the tables. Secondly the sauce tasted different from what I was used to from Dominos in NYC. The sauce had n overly sweet flavor and not authentic. The pizza was cooked about the same as I am used too.

In February or March of this year I ordered a cheeseburger pizza and picked it up. Shame on me for not looking at it when the young man brought it out curbside. When I got it home and opened it up it was burnt. Burnt to the point I could salvage one piece. In an effort to resolve the situation I phoned the store and explained the situation. The lady I spoke with was very nice, and stated I did not have to send her a picture, that she would mail me a gift card for another pizza....and a bonus one for a brownie for my trouble. Sounds like a good resolution correct? As I write this it is now August, and the gift cards have yet to come. So thank you so much for not only a burnt pizza, but also for lying to appease me. I will never buy a pizza from here again.

First, employees should not answer the phone with “yea we’re closed” not “hello this is Dominoes” or anything. And if you’re open til midnight does that not mean you should accept orders until 12 am? Instead telling a customer at 1150 that “yea your online order didn’t come though on this end” if you only accept orders until 11 or 1130 then that should be listed with the hours. What a poor poor way to run a business.
