Nicolini House Of Puzza

Food taste good BUT I got a steak bomb with only shaved steak and cheese. I got a chicken parm with no sauce even after clarifying on the phone that there is sauce in the sub. Taste is fine but I don't know how they can send me a steak bomb with no peppers no onions no mushroom, that is not a steak bomb.

Received burnt pizza multiple Times. Got a steak and cheese that tasted so bitter I couldn’t even eat it and threw it out. Almost like they covered it in salt to cover the taste of spoiled meat but it didn’t work. Every time I order they say a half hour and when you arrive to pick it up they didn’t even start making it. Do yourself the favor and stay away

I placed an order at 531 for delivery and was told 1 hour via the slice app. I called after an hour and a half just confirming where my order was and I was told it’s “on its way”. I was prepared to go pick it up at this point. I waited another 25 min, still had not received my order and spoke with a woman who stated it was on its way and should be there in 10 min. At 740 I finally reached out to slice because my food was expected at 630, my delivery was over an hour late and Slice rep contacted the shop and was told once again it’s out for delivery. I contacted the shop and spoke with the owner who was rude and raised his voice, took zero responsibility for me being told multiple times over the course of 2.5 hours my food was out for delivery. I was finally able to get my order cancelled after 3 hours of waiting. I understand being short staffed, and super busy but to be rude when I had been calling for over and hour and a half is unacceptable. Especially where I was prepared to come get my order. This isn’t the first issue I have had with Nicolini, my last 2 orders had hair in them. The first time I found a long black hair in a sub I called and notified them and the second time was in a salad, I didn’t even bother calling because I said I wouldn’t go back again. I gave it another go tonight and it will be my last time ordering here. Good customer service and not being rude to paying customers goes a long way.

After a failed order at another local restaurant, Nicolini’s did not disappoint. It was our first visit, the owner offered my husband a free slice of pizza while he waited (probably because he told them his tale of woe about waiting 2hrs for dinner that never arrived). He said the meat lover’s pizza was delicious. He enjoyed his chicken kabob sub, my chicken fingers were juicy and fresh, the two pasta dinners were huge serving size and very good! Thank you for excellent service. A small gesture like offering that slice of pizza went a long way; my house was low on groceries after finally ending our COVID quarantine. We’ll be back! :)

Pizza was better than average the delivery was right on time my only complaint really is that in 20° weather you don’t leave the pizzas on a stone step then ring the doorbell and leave not knowing if the doorbell works or if anyone is going to hear it and come to the door so putting them on the stone steps whether we have Covid or not I’ve never had that happen. All Pizza places that care for you they want to make sure that you get the pizza in your hand and that it’s not sitting on cold steps in 20° weather so that is my biggest complaint.
