Taco Bell

We stopped by here from out of town on our way home and I was so impressed I felt the need to leave a review. We ordered 35+ dollars of food and literally everything was perfect. My mom even asked for specifics like extra extra lettuce and extra beef and boy did she get what she asked for :) The food was fresh and made so we'll, I've never enjoyed taco bell this much. Got two chicken quesadillas. Both were undercooked and had hardly anything in them. Ordered a large Sierra Mist and it no ice in it and it was warm soda. I just poured it out in front of the window. This place is pathetic and lazy! Losers who don’t care about their job! Not to mention the food was folded in half in the bag carelessly. Really hard to eat when your food is a mess in a bag! If I pay for food I’d expect you to do your job right!

This Covid pandemic has really put a hurting on restaurants. I could find things to complain about but instead I want to commend and lift up the staff that chooses to work in a stressful environment serving the public to pay their bills. I know it's rough and working the jobs of multiple people by yourself plays its toll on the crew. Say thanks, great job or I appreciate you.. it goes a long way

I am so sick of getting orders incomplete, the half the tortilla is empty on each side both times and what use to fill me with two now ends up being most sauced TORTILLA. I'm always trying to give the benefit to the doubt but YOU CLOSE AT 3 AM not 2 AM you literally refused to make any thing in grease at 2 an HOUR before close. This is MULTIPLE times THIS location has skipped on my food quantity and quality because the employees aren't wanting to do the job they are paid for like make the customers food. You don't drop a grease trap an hr before close ... and refuse to make anything but tacos smh

I have given this location chance after chance and they let me down every time. My order is always wrong and they have been out of meat and beans multiple times. But the last time that I was there, the employee at the drive thru was slurring his speech, kept forgetting to give me my debit card back and wouldn't stop commenting on my children in the back seat. It made us all very uncomfortable (including another employee) and we will not be returning.
