Taco Cabana

I tried to eat at this location, and walked in the lobby to order. I stood there ignored for around five minutes until an employee explains that their lobby is closed. What?!? Please update your Google listings Taco Cabana as it still reads as dine in online. They appeared to have enough staffing at the time, so it’s very bizarre. There are a lot of us out there that don’t want to eat in our cars, and particularly with messy food. Come on Taco Cabana, please do better. I took my money to McAllister’s next store, and was happy with my decision to do so.

Look what I paid for two Steak Fajita tacos at this location for this portion size🤭 and they still forgot to add my onions and peppers 🫑😩. I just asked for my money back because I’m pregnant and no longer have the taste for them. The manager on shift happily refunded my money and told me to keep the tacos but truth be told I’m not going to eat them. I’m just upset because I waited in line for over 30 minutes and my food still wasn’t right!

First time visiting in several years. I was very disappointed in the chicken torta sandwich. It was soggy with not too fresh lettuce on a bun more than twice too large for the amount of chicken. With all the chicken sandwich "wars" going on, this one was really sad....and very expensive at $5.29 for mostly soggy bread and refried beans. I really wanted to rate only 3 stars but the carne asada street tacos were very tasty. They come very dry, so be sure to ask for sauce of some sort to go with them. The crunchy tacos were good too, but again the cost was high....almost $6 for 2 small tacos. Service was slow- I was the only one in line for most of the visit- yet my order still took over 15 min, but overall very polite and courteous. I might go back, but I definitely won't order the chicken torta again!

Wish I would have seen the reviews first. Went tonight and after waiting for 10-15 minutes in the drive through I finally made it to the speaker. Was told they were going to close soon but they would take my order and it would be 20 minute wait. Then asked what did I want. Ordered the first item and was asked if that was all or did I have more. Finally got through the order and made it to the window to pay. The guy "in charge" is so rude when talking to customers. I get it they are short staffed but that is not the customers fault. Last time going to this location
