I went to Frisch’s Big Boy with a large group of my family. 9 of us. That’s a big group especially on a busy Sunday where many people are getting out of church and are wanting a nice meal with their family. I got the breakfast bar and a water. Their water isn’t my favorite of all fast food or restaurant waters but I can’t be too picky. The staff though is for the most part relatively nice. Our waitress (Bonita) was fantastic and is super nice! I personally got the breakfast bar and it was pretty good. The staff replenishes the food quickly and it is never empty. All of the breakfast food was good but just don’t get the eggs. All in all this is a 7/10. We’ll round up and that brings us to a 4/5. Very nice job!

Short staffed & the waitress was handling it like a pro. Clean diner, good food. Their biscuits & gravy was much better than i expected. The hashbrowns were buttery & had great flavor. 1st time at Frisch's Big Boys. Seen a few times in my travels & always thought it looked like a knock off to Bob's(From California) but, honestly Frisch's is better than Bob's.

We eat at this location a couple of times per month, sometimes more. This was one of the only places to eat during the pandemic and we were so thankful they stayed open. On our most recent visit, Doug (manager) was even more accommodating than usual. He acted as our server, and did a wonderful job. As we were eating, some friends I haven’t seen in a long while came in. After he heard us talking together, he sat them next to us so we could continue our visit. One of the people in their party has dietary restrictions. Doug was helpful in getting them the special foods they needed, making sure to alert the kitchen staff when he put the order in and when it was ready. He was able to assure the customer the order was correct and safe for them to consume. Doug is not the manager who only stands behind the counter. We have witnessed him filling the salad/hot bar, bussing tables, cleaning and any other job in the store. Sometimes the wait staff can be stressed out by a rush and/or difficult customers. He’s always encouraging while holding his employees to his high standards. He takes time to engage customers in genuine conversations at the register and we all feel like friends of his when we leave.

From the moment we were seated, Pamela took such good care of us. She was very attentive and polite. She made sure we had everything we needed to make our meal enjoyable. She even took the time to cut the hot fudge cake we ordered for our daughters in half before she served it to them. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Traveling through, back to South Carolina, we stopped in for dinner. Even with them being short staffed, our waitress was very cheerful and helpful. Our family of 5 had the breakfast bar/salad bar, cheeseburger plate and turkey club with onion rings. All of it was good and even enjoyed a slice of carrot cake and hot fudge cake. 😋

Not bad, but not great. Food arrived warm(5 different orders, my family and I) not hot. Waitress could have paid more attention to us considering we were alone in the restaurant. The food did taste good though
