We had such a wonderful time and learned quite a bit from our wonderful server , September. She was absolutely amazing and has such a wonderful personality. Thank you for helping us celebrate a fun filled birthday weekend.

I was charged $35.00 for a small plastic cup of wine. That is ridiculous. I will never return. This winery should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of customers especially during the 2022 Poppy Festival in GTX. I did get a double glass which in reality would of come out to $22. Very disappointed—will not return. I was considering doing a wine tasting but have decided against it after this. 4/26/22-Good Evening, I have decided after much thought to change my review from 1 to 4 after I talked to Megan D., Asst GM with Baron Creek Winery in Fredericksburg, TX. I explained my displeasure with the GTX location during the Poppy Festival this past weekend. Megan had empathy and validated my concerns. She made me feel like I was the only person at that time. She went as ensuring my account was credited including my tip. Megan took a bad situation and turned into a good one. I will be sure to stop and visit the next time I am in Fredericksburg.

Barons Creek was amazing! We sat at the bar for my mom’s birthday and John was absolutely amazing. He basically made the day. We decided to do an all white tasting because of the birthday girl and WOW. Run, DON’T WALK, to try their award winning Rose! The wine is amazing and the service is even better!!! Will be coming back every time we visit Fredericksburg. Thank you so much John!

Coming from California I have been on the hunt to find wine that tasted like home. Until I found Barons Creek - I was looking for wine in all the wrong places! Nichole, Tom and Trisha reminded me of why I moved to Texas in the first place - from their hospitality and their love of where they work, I will be a forever member of Barons Creek. Not just because I enjoy the wine, but because of the amazing people that work here and make me feel like I’m finally at home.

We have been to Fredericksburg many times, but never stopped by Barons Creek. Amazing wines and great staff at this tasting room. Crazy Train and Velvet are outstanding reds. Great place to hang out before dinner on the square.

Great wine selection and prices, Thursday nights are very chill. I love the manager here she’s super sweet and hardworking, staff is very happy and welcoming. Good place to unwind very comfortable

Nicole has really opened my naivety! She really broke down the complexities of wine into a user friendly experience that I can carry over to my day to day drinking habits! Love this place and love the dedicated team members, specifically Nicole! They will really take care of you!
