Pizza Hut

Ordered online through the app. Totaled out at $83.68. By the time I got there, total went up to $113.00. Asked why the app differentiated from the price at store. Employee got the manager. From the start of our conversation she was yelling. Trying to attract attention from the few guests that were there I suppose. She said she didn't know why. I asked for the total again. Due to frustration used 1 curse word. The screaming elevated and continued from the manager. I asked for the total again calmly, before asking her to calm her voice. Canceled the $113.00 order that was ready. Drove to A.W. Grimes Pizza Hut in Round Rock. Paid the original $83.00. Recieved excellent customer service. Apparently Georgetown doesn't offer the same service or menu items as the app. Never again. I doubt they team will comment or reach out. Seeing as how they only comment on positive reviews.

Burnt pizza was told it would be remade. 30 min later I get a pizza, get home and it's the burnt one. Called and promised a credit on my account for the inconveniences. Called a couple days later to redeem and was told credit did not exist. Guy on the phone could care less tried explaining that we were told an oven issue occurred that day, but he claimed to be unaware. I used up all of my hit rewards on the order, pints earned from purchasing pizza from them. Dude on the phone today, you need to grow up and show some customer service and responsibility.

This location has its ups and downs. I had to write this because when I got my pizza for my babies to eat I was really upset. it was mashed and all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. It also could of been cooked longer. So I Called and spoke with Jacob. He gave me an $11 credit but Im still not happy with that. But ill take what I can get. Might just get $11 worth of drinks. Hopefully they don't mess that up! Smh

I have probably only wrote one review in my life, but I had to this time! We ordered delivery the listed wait time was an hour and half, which was fine. But our pizza didn’t arrive for 3 hours, we tried to be understanding about it. Then our pizza was missing topping and had ones that we did not order, and our wings had little to no sauce! It’s safe to say I’m upset!

It’s not you, it’s me. I’ve seen the recent commercials for Pizza Hut and growing up with BookIt made for a nostalgic moment. None of my kids had ever had it before, so I had talked it up and related it to some of the best memories of pizza as a kid. Dining in, playing arcade games, retrieving a free personal pan for reading books, etc. I felt sad to see the dining room was closed and probably never going to open again. Brought home the supreme pizza, cheese pizza & bread sticks order and it wasn’t the same. Pretty basic, nothing wow, nothing blah. But my kids said never again, so sorry to have to say goodbye, but we’re at different points of our lives and it’s time we go our separate ways. Thanks for the memories.
