Best Panera in Michigan, my food is always correct and delicious, the staff are always kinda and attentive, it's never obnoxiously busy when I stop in either.
I stopped by this place and can tell you the place was very clean (both inside and outside areas). I arrived at peak hours and I felt the team worked very well to deliver on time. I recommend this place for your stop-by lunch.

Great place with a great drive thru the service is excellent. A little pricey but well worth it. Definitely the place to go for soup and breads

Did not receive my dessert with my order when using Rapid pick up requiring me to drive back in order to receive it. Therefore, always check your bag before you walk out the door instead of trusting employees to do their job to 100%. When I returned they compensated by giving an extra dessert. Other than that, food was Panera and quality. The Kitchen Sink cookie is very rich and tasty... Split it in half with coffee for two mornings.

The food is fantastic, but the coffee tastes like little more than hot water with some coffee grounds mixed in.
While we almost always love the Panera visits, we were on travel for vacation. Stopped for a quick lunch and while open, the dining area was closed due to a semi recent tornado. That made it where had to eat outside or in the car.
Other than that it was good but eating outside was not quite what I had hoped for! Overall it was still pretty good.
I ate lunch here with a friend. The staff was very courteous. Although order pick up is self serve this staff anticipated our needs and offered to carry our lunch to our table.
The staff checked on how we were enjoying our lunch as well.

The manager, Chris, was very kind and treated us like family. Nice atmosphere and very clean.
Nice and clean, just as expected at any Panera. Good break from fried foods!
