Really good time, lots of activities for the kids, but just like any amusement park the lines are killer. Wish we would've researched more before coming. Next time we'll be better prepared and be able to do more. Bathrooms could use constant attention. Overall had a really good time, especially playing in the snow.

A great family destination. We drove up around 10:30 which was a breeze getting up. Noticed on our way down around 12:30 that cars were lining up so suggest to start early if driving is your preference. Love the outdoor seating area with the fireplace serving beer and food. Our goal was seeing the beers which were inside their wildlife habitat section. It’s like a miniature zoo. The beers and otter seem to have sufficient space. Was hoping to see the other animals had bigger space. Something that could be improve is the ticketing process as we had a stand in line 30+ minutes to buy tickets as only 1 window was opened for a weekend. Maybe open more windows, or have a ticketing kiosk. Still a nice place for the family to spend time together.

We love Ober! Been coming here since 2008 and it’s always a memorable stop on our trip. It was our first time getting the wristbands and it was definitely worth it!

Plan on spending an entire day here! The wristband is a fantastic deal providing access to so many fun activities the entire family can enjoy! We spent 6 hours exploring the beautiful property, doing the alpine slide and coaster, rock climbing, ice skating, and doing ice bumper cars! The animal exhibit is small but well maintained and we got to see the river otters being fed - so cute! Don't miss the views at the top of the chair lift! They're even better than Anakeesta - completely unobstructed, majestic views! We chose to drive up since wait times for the tram can be lengthy. The entire property is clean and well kept. All in all, we really enjoyed our day and are so grateful that Ober participates in the IAAPA passport for wish kids!

We agonized over what attraction to go to for the day. We decided to go to Ober Mountain. Best decision ever. Ice skating and bumper cars for my 14 yr old. Chair lift and down hill Alpine sled for my husband and daughter. Rock climbing, Tennessee flier, the zoo for all of us. Comfortable chairs and rockers all while watching Scooby Doo on a larger than life outdoor screen. . A live band and snack vendors. For $49 each we had a day of fun and excitement. We headed down for our meal, planning to return after. Since our arm bands were good all day. Gotta go, it's worth it!!

Breathtaking views and fun rides. Easy to spend a day here and make memories with the family. Entry was free, but rides are extra. We got the $50 pass that include a ride to downtown Gatlinburg, which costs $20. So, park at Ober and get the pass.

This was an amazing experience. It’s well maintained and clean. There are a variety of experiences to be had here. The Tramway is the main attraction apart from Live band, skating rink, Alpine coaster to name a few. There is also a food court indoors. The tramway offers great vistas for viewing fall foliage and for taking back some memorable snaps with friends and family!

Omg, this place has so much. We need at least a day to spend to complete all the activities. The line is taking an hour to get into the ride.. worth spending.. a complete getaway for the kids. The wrist band covers everything inside. When you get the wristband after 6PM(evening), the next day is covered with the same band..

We decided to try this theme park because of the value and price compared to all the other theme parks that were around... Best decision ever! We visited on Friday 10/06/2023 and it was not crowded! One of our highlights we had was that we were able to ride on the alpine slide with our 2 kids (6 & 3 years old) 3x in a row without any wait time!! Our kids loved it so much that we didn't use the brakes on our last ride! Lol the workers even cheered us on because we were riding so fast! We explored: -Alpine slide (would do this all day if we could) -Ice bumper cars -Ice skating -Carousel -Chair lifts (we saw 3 bears on our chairlift!) -Jumping pillow -Kid's maze -Animal zoo (very small) The mountain coasters were closed due to weather and eventually most of the outdoor activities were closed due to light rain. It was a bummer but we were glad to experience most of the activities without any long wait lines. Tips: -Park at the 300 Cottage Drive parking lot for $15 (we were able to park our sprinter van conversion easily; short walk to the aerial tramway that sends you up the mountain) -Can buy tickets at the ticket counter and you're able to see what rides are opened/closed before you purchase the tickets -Kids 4 and under are free; everyone else $49 wristband -Can bring your own water bottles -Eat at the nearby restaurants instead of the restaurants inside of the theme park -Go to the popular rides first (alpine slide and mountain coasters) Would definitely come back here again! Thanks Ober Mountain and your friendly staff for making our experience worthwhile!
