Timbers Log Cabin Restaurant

Food is really home cooked and the gentleman sings the entire time while cooking. It is a very small restaurant with half the seating outside. You order at the counter then they bring it to you. They were very busy, but it wasn't until after we ordered and paid that they told us it would be 45 minutes to get our food. If we had known at the beginning, we probably would have gone elsewhere. You can order anything off the menu all day. We had breakfast. The food was good, but nothing over the top.

This is such a cute little restaurant! After ordering inside, we sat at a table on the front porch. Even with some of the traffic going by it was nice and quiet! Our food was very good! Didn't even stop to take pics of the food since it was so yummy. hehe. This will definitely be on our list to eat at again when we come back to this area!

Delicious little mom and pop restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and at a good price. They serve breakfast and lunch at all hours, and you really can’t go wrong either way. They also have at least 20-30 different hot sauces you can try, which I loved! I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Gatlinburg.

This was like having breakfast at your grandma’s house. Cozy, quaint and they make you feel at home. The owners sing along to the radio as they prepare your breakfast but it’s not an annoying singalong as they can carry a tune quite well. Delicious breakfast with large portions. We’d definitely recommend this to place anyone needing a hearty meal to start their day.

Timbers Log Cabin Restaurant was the perfect southern experience. Staff was friendly, food was great, and the cabin itself was charming. We ordered the Biscuits and gravy and the French toast breakfast, both with the Timber’s bacon. Particularly the bacon, I’m not sure what they do to it (maybe brown sugar?), but it was fantastic. I think before a day of hiking next time we would order something more balanced 😅 but we didn’t have any complaints. The inside of the cabin is FILLED with little drawings from kids who have visited so that was neat to look at while we waited for our food. Definitely will be back when we come to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains again!
