Really cool place to go for some awesome food! Some of the best BBQ we’ve ever had. Great family run restaurant. Service was excellent and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely be going back every time we’re in Gatlinsburg.

Definitely stop in here! Absolutely wonderful folks will feed you a mound of awesome pulled pork at a very fair price. Look at the pic of that sandwich! Ribs & brisket were on point, too! Tater tots perfectly freshly fried. TY, Delauder family!

If you're looking for quality, authentic barbecue at a reasonable price and served by friendly folks, look no further than DeLauder's outside of Gatlinburg. The food was delicious in every sense of the word: from the jalapeno-studded, creamy yet crispy fried mac and cheese, to the hickory-smoked pulled pork, to the crunchy and hot fried okra that was quite literally to die for. If there is anything you do, do not overlook this hidden gem well beyond the touristy streets further west.

BEST BBQ in the area and honestly EVER. I had the pulled pork sandwich- SO GOOD. Best flavor, so moist and honestly I have only good things to say. My husband got the brisket sandwich and he said that was also incredible. I can’t wait to come back! Even their fries were delicious. I won’t ever eat at another bbq place in gatlinburg again. And the owners were SO kind and down to earth. I love finding a good food place without all the tourist feeling to it.

We had a great time visiting this family-owned and operated barbecue spot in Gatlinburg! The food is great, but the family makes this a spot you will want to visit again! Nothing better than eating family recipes made with love! This is as authentic of a southern BBQ spot as you can find! Thank you for the great memory Delauder family!

Didn't get to post this when we ate here, but we're finally stopped in Virginia on the way home. Delauders BBQ was the gem of the trip. Such good food and ran by a family. Younger guy gives you your menu when you come in, tells you to go see Mom when you're ready to order, and Grandma is running around helping out. Super chill vibes and amazing BBQ. 11/10 would recommend. The brisket was delicious, and so were the rest of the sides. But the Mac and cheese was straight up no questions asked the best Mac and cheese I've ever had. We got two extra portions to go. It's a long way from home and that pains me, but we definitely be returning to Tennessee and will make this place a priority stop!

I heard about Delauder's after doing some light googling for the best BBQ in and around Gatlinburg, as a group of us were doing an upcoming trip south for my birthday. I consider myself pretty discriminating when it comes to BBQ and after after seeing some of the reviews and photos of the other popular places in town, I decided on Delauder's.
We stopped in a little after noon on a Sunday assuming we'd be waiting in a long line, but were shocked when the parking lot was empty and we were the only table seated—although, by the time we left, the place was full and there was a wait.
It seems unfair to call Delauder's a hole-in-the-wall because they were so friendly and the food was amazing, but the junk-filled remnants of a former gas station certainly added to the authenticity of the incredible meal we enjoyed. Our table tried basically the entire menu and every single item was incredible. I got the two meat platter with ribs, brisket, mac & cheese, and fries and couldn't stop myself from eating until I was physically uncomfortable, it was that good. Like, top 3 BBQ in my life good.
Beyond thankful we chose Delauder's instead of one of the other BBQ joints closer to downtown, nestled among the other tourist traps.

The owner calls it a dive, but this place was the best meal we had all week! The whole family works there and are so welcoming and nice. We felt like we were at a family picnic but with better food. If you've never been it's definitely worth it but be there early! We purchased their scorpion hot sauce and tshirts and left with very happy full bellies. Any business who spends time recommending his competitors is always a winner too!

Some of the best bbq I've had in a while. The owner was super nice and came around to talk to everyone. It's super small inside so you are probably going to a wait but it wasn't very long.
