Nice old school music spot to hang out at with strong drinks. I was visiting, I live in another state.

Came back to Gary for the wknd, had to come to the Elbow Rm. Steppn and Line dancing! I love the drinks here( no weak drinks).. 2 Long Islands and I'm good😊. If you love Long Islands, please try watermelon or strawberry flavor. You'll thank me for it😉

This place was laid back and as soon as I walked in I felt the good vibes however I didn't stay long cause it was somebody 60th birthday (happy birthday 2 you)

The night 🌙 was my first & last night out. Good music 🎶 & 🍸 was lit. Small groups but mask 😷 was on. Toodles but wasn't jumping that night moved on. I appreciate you ‼️😍🤷‍♀️✌

The Elbow Room is a Lounge located in Gary Indiana. It's mainly a venue for stepping and consists of mostly an older crowd. On some nights smoking is allowed. I've seen this on a Thursday night but don't recall this on Friday or Saturday evenings. Ventilation system is decent so after smoking stops there is no residual odor. drinks are a generous pour so it will not take you a lot of money or a lot of time to get to where you're going 😁. Food is also served at an additional fee. Pricing for food is relatively decent. Quality of food is decent as well. Although this would be considered a hole in the wall, you will find people from all walks of life who visit this establishment.
