Pizza Hut

I ordered online a medium pepperoni supreme and a large order of medium hot boneless chicken wings. My email said that my order would be done within 10 to 20 minutes. I went through the pickup window in Gardner KS and the wings were ready but they forgot about the pizza. I had to pull forward and wait 15 minutes until they ran it through the oven. When I paid online I even included the tip. This taught me to never include a tip on the online payment and not go to the pizza hut in Gardner KS again.

This was probably the worst pizza hut I've ever had. We have been getting our pizza here for about 9 years and it has been awesome every time. But this time was different. One pizza was burnt on half and another was soggy in the center. It also was supposed to only have bacon on half but it was all over. My wife couldn't eat that even if it wasn't soggy. The breadsticks were tough and seemed like they were baked twice. All was inedible. It was chaos behind the counter. Many people sitting around waiting for their order and there didn't seem to be any managerial control. Wasted my time and my $30. Very disappointing.
