From the outside it looks super shady. But the food is absolutely delicious in this hole-in-the-wall local fully-vegetarian joint.
As you may have gathered from reading our prior reviews — We love Pho! This place has one of the best Pho’s we’ve ever tasted! Huge kudos!
The dining area is decent with nice decor for a small place. However (and no fault of the restaurant owners) the area outside is very poorly maintained. Often there are several homeless people loitering and smell of marijuana flooding the parking lot.
But once inside, the staff is very friendly. And all the food is prepared with love and care. Best of all, everything is vegetarian. We’re tried several dishes here but their Pho still remains our absolutely favorite!

What a great find! Large portions and cheap and tasty. They also sell lots of vegan alternative products which is fun to try. Can’t wait to go back and highly recommend.
Great Vegan Place to go. They have delicious Banh mi plus you can also purhase mock meats at the location.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and I’m so glad I finally did. You’ll find many delicious vegetarian versions of your favorite Vietnamese dishes here. Thanks for a great meal and hospitality Thien Dang.
These guys got the best Vietnamese vegan/vegetarian food I know. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed
Thien Dang is my go to sandwich shop in Little Saigon. Though not a strict vegan or vegetarian, I’m a huge fan of their banh mi bi chay. $4.50 for a clean and fulfilling sandwich. It’s been around for a few years now and I wish it continued success. Really good to see a good hearted shop like this thriving in this community.

Came in for quick bite on a whim. Great prices! Delicious! Both vegan and vegetarian items so specify vegan to if you don’t want dairy/egg. The food was tasty, even to a non-vegetarian. Try the vegan “beef” banh mi-so crispy and tasty. Got soy jerky and a steamed rice and ham bun to go!
Vegetarian Bánh mì. Here is excellent!!!! Whatever sandwich version you get at other places, there is a vegetarian version here and they are all good and better! Make sure to Rrive early because they close early.
Beautiful colorful well crafted and presented dishes. Good extra vegan snacks and specialty items. Good service and welcoming atmosphere!
