Great customer service for the workers. Always get my order right, and offer condiment before I go. They are hard working people, specially the night crew. Props for them for being awake for customers like me that go at the middle of the night for some food. Thank you

Ice flavored Coffee needs to be consistent. People make coffee different. I use to love it. Cheaping out on an ingredient? Like panda counting the shrimp not filling the section of your to go plate

Came late night to drive through. They were courteous and efficient. Food was hot and the order was correct.

It's Jack in the box, so food obviously tasted the same. I have only been in the drive-thru here since there are crackheads outside, but they have never been bothered...(again only used drive through) would not walk in here.

We arrived around 10 pm, there were 5 or 6 vehicles in front of us at the drive through. We had a very large very complicated order, since we've just flown in and needed to feed 13 people. The line moved well and quickly, the order was exact and perfect!!! the service was superb and smiley, The gal at the window and on the speaker was so pleasant and wonderful. I decided to write in before we even pulled out of the parking lot to let everyone know, the food was fresh, fast, hot and correct. Plus the service was icing on the cake. Thank you!!!

Five stars for a fast food restaurant? Yes because I think they are the best at what they do among the major fast food chains. Their food is cooked fresh and you get it fast and hot. It tastes good and there is always something new to try.

Came through the drive thru only to find out after I ordered that I left my wallet back at my workplace... but Carlos hooked it up big time! Paid in change and was short a few cents, but he took it with no fuss and I was on my way. Give that man a raise!
