Subway

I was at this specific location a while back close to closing time. I ordered my food and then went back to my car which had been overheating. My car would not start. I went back into the Subway to fill a container I had with water for the car. I explained my situation to the worker or possible Manager of the Subway (he should be if he isn't) I saw on his name tag that his name was Jose. I went back to my car and filled it with the water to cool it off and waited. About 20 mins later after he closed the store, it was dark and Jose was heading out. He noticed I was still there and came over to my car to see if I was ok and to make sure my car started. It still would not start. If that wasn't bad enough, it started raining! It wasn't raining hard but still made it harder to work on the car. He looked under the hood and found a loose hose! He went and got some string and ribbon he had and I had some tape. He worked on my car for another 15 to 20 mins making sure the hose would hold long enough to get me home! If that's not customer service I don't know what is. You deserve a raise Jose and I can't thank you enough! 😊😀😁😇
