We’ve been here numerous times. I can say we had the best experience today. Food was great and service was spot on. Thanks Cassandra and staff.
Nice location. It was open and bright. There were lots of windows for natural light. Our waitress was nice. We ordered an appetizer and our meal and she assured us they they would come separately, but they brought both at the same time. My only real issue were the flies. There were a lot of flies and it was irritating. I was so concerned that one would fly onto my food and/or straw. Other than that, no issues. I would still go back in the future, when visiting.
We ordered the 24 piece Buffalo Shrimp, Shrimp tacos, 10 pc bone in wings and a half
Chili cheese dog combo (special menu they had on the table)
WE LOVED ASHLEY! First time coming to this location and it’s been my favorite Hooters so far. Ashley was the sweetest, most attentive and fun waitress. Zero complaints about the service! Food was great, atmosphere was great.
The staff was nice. They had a bit of a situation outside but it looked like management was taking care of it... The food was great, tasted awesome and was fresh. The only issue we have was garlic parmesan tenders we ordered came as plain. They where good but not what we wanted.
We had Alex as a server. She was amazing. Super attentive. She went above and beyond to help my elderly friend get though the menu. She was the best server I have had in a long time.
My husband and our family went around 1pm on a thursday and the service was so fast and the food was fresh and delicious !! We ordered buffalo shrimp, mix and match sliders, wings, chips & queso, & a dos equis tall boy! We had Alex P & Paige as our servers and they were great & very nice & attentive!! This was the nicest hooters we’ve been too & we can’t wait to go back!!
Everything was decent. My smoked wings were actually top notch. I really enjoyed them. The appetizers were as expected. Cool environment. Took our 9 month old and everyone was super nice to her. My wife's chicken sandwich was good she just wished you could get hotter sauce. Food all came out pretty fast.
Will def go back we enjoyed it. Had a huge tv for football too.
We frequent this hooters about 10 times a year. This year has been a bit different with service. The servers are always great and attentive even when they are busy. The manager has gone above and beyond to satisfy not just our table but an entire restaurant full of people where audio of which game to play was a concern. Very happy with this location! Our server was Nevenka and the manager on duty was a temporary manager but a good one none the less and his name was Robert!
Food was a little bit of a wait but Aryn was the best waitress. She made the experience so much better! We had good conversations with her. Had a great time! When I come back to Galveston, I will definitely visit again.
Kids wanted wings, so we had to go. Smelled and looked clean all around. Wasn't too crowded. Got our drinks promptly and ordered. The food came out and was cooked better than expected, being usually the wings are slightly soft and not crisp. Our waitress, Bianca, was very attentive, patient, and prompt, nonetheless she was on top of things. Recommend Bianca for your dining experience.
It took too long to get seated and get our food. The location for the restaurant is good.
