A lot of things have changed.. A LOT! You come in and order your food and pay, at on these "kiosks" and given a number, when that number is called you go pick up your food at the window. You also fill and refill your own drinks. You can go in and eat and leave and never speak to anyone that works there as long as you have no issues. Several things have been removed from the menu, including shakes. Sadly It's just not steak 'n shake any more. With that said, the food is as good as ever (what's left of the menu) and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I think I may just be driving through for now on.
