Sun Garden

We were the only customers in the restaurant when we showed up. It was clean and we were greeted with a smile. Our food did not take very long to arrive. I liked mine more than my girlfriend liked hers. I noticed both a small stars and stripes flag and their health inspector score of 96. Near the cash register. I will probably go back because of all that and I really like their hot tea.

Unfortunately, there is quite a long list of reasons why this establishment gets a ONE STAR from me, but I’ll keep it somewhat short. One, they have a rule on every single thing you can think of, as far as ordering food is concerned. Unlike other restaurants where you can usually look at the menu and order, pair, and combine whatever you want, here you cannot. You can’t even substitute noodles instead of rice! Two, they will find any reason to charge you extra to keep racking up your bill. They are money hungry over customer satisfaction and service. And three, the food is in no way special, it tastes like any other Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. I really wish they would be more compassionate when a problem arises, care more about food waste instead of making you order large amounts of food as a condition to deliver, and stop making rules that only benefit them and hurt their customers wallets, stomachs, an trash cans.

The food came out really fast! It also tasted as though it came out really fast! I had Beef & Broccoli with rice, the rice was extremely dry & rubbery. The Broccoli was as though it wasnt even cooked at all! It's a shame because Sun Garden always has great food! We will be dining elsewhere for awhile!
