Good friaries and good french fries, but they almost didn't accept the coupon that they literally gave to us at orientation for that specific wendy's until we questioned them about it, which is when they accepted it. So that was a little annoying but other than that it was fine and it all tasted good. Long lines.

Minimal attention to customers, cashiers passively take orders and leave without any notice. While some employees give fast/effective service, most are somewhat aloof.

I put one star because I couldn't give it 0. Kayla who works there is very rude to all customers who were ahead of me including myself. Telling them when she brings them the wrong food"that's your problem not mine". She's nuts

I've been coming here since inception. The least functional Wendy's I've ever been to. I've been the only one in line and still waited 10 minutes for my food. Captive audience means they don't need to try I guess.

Sometimes they mess up orders but if you bring it to them they're always willing to replace it with no hassle.
Like, it's a fast food place they aren't getting paid enough to avoid seeming "aloof" for 8 hours a day.

Although I can't guarantee that you'll experience any sort of courtesy from the cashiers, I CAN guarantee that you'll have to wait at least twice as long for your food as you expected.

Kayla is super rude! I ordered a fish sandwich and she gave me a little chicken sandwich! Then she got an attitude when me and my friends said we were missing food.
