Dunkin'

Went through the drive through at around 6:20pm ordered 2 iced signature caramel latte with light ice, got my order and this is what I got. 2 drinks of 90% ice. This is ridiculous when a customer asked for light ice you need to barely put any freaking ice in it not fill the drink with ice. $10 for two cups of ice. I won't be returning to this location ever again.

I order from this Dunkin Donuts all the time , the only complaint is the drive through line. If they are super busy you are out in the main highway and cars are flying past you and people are beeping at you because you are in the highway waiting. The drive through sucks, the parking lot is super small!!! They need to figure something out to make the drive through experience better.

I work at this Dunkin & the last reviews were a lie. The frozen & latte machines are up & running. We do not lock the doors during normal business hours & the manager is the best manager you can have! She’s super flexible with YOUR schedule, we had a worker who let her know she couldn’t work 3 days before the day she was schedule to work, keep in mind that the schedule was made the Friday prior so she still had a week to let our manager know & she didn’t, & she wasn’t a good worker either. So don’t believe those reviews. I’ve worked at many places and have never had a manger so understanding and the place is actually run well….
