Stevi B's Pizza

TERRIBLE! Imagine eating with your children for 30 minutes, staring at an arcade and then when you finally go to play NOTHING works. I basically wasted my money to disappoint everyone and we didn’t even turn in our tickets because no one cared to come do it. They are so cheap they don’t even have straws! They have coffee mixers instead and their lids don’t even fit the cups. Absolutely no customer service. The deserts were disgusting! Everything about this place is just awful. It might be ok in India but someone really needs to tell these people that it’s different here!

Not the friendliest, didn't bus the tables so our dishes piled up quite a bit, and there was a lengthy wait for pizza at the buffet line as they didn't prepare enough for the dinner rush. Wouldn't take my coupon that they gave to me at that location, so was pretty disappointed. The pizza was decent but not much variety at all. I loved this chain but not really anymore.

I might have to blame the stars on the employee shortage but there were also long periods of time of not making pizza or handling customers, so kind of a toss up. Loads of tables umbussed the entire time we were there, pretty much the only pizzas out were the cheapest ones to make, ie, no meat,olives or mushrooms, you know premium items. Wife asked for a BBQ pizza to be made, came out kinda burnt.

We have a very large family & frequent these types of places often when we’re out. This evening my 6 year old daughter & I dined in here. The young guys are doing a phenomenal job at this restaurant. It’s in a pretty old strip center. That part concerned me a bit on the outside. As soon as we walked in we were promptly greeting & their restaurant was extremely clean. I’m very aware on things not be clean in food establishments & everything here was great. Food was great. After we dined in, we used the restrooms that were very clean and my daughter played in the game room. The game room was fun, and had a decent assortment of games. They earned 5 stars. The only thing that could have been better is if the buffet trays were actually dry. They were extremely wet, wish wasn’t very appealing.

Absolutely horrible!! For starters customer service was terrible, workers were rude and had an attitude. Secondly pizza was not even warm. It was kind of cold. Half the pizza was undercooked. Dessert was still doughy as well. Then there was a bug on my pizza. I almost threw up. Children running around everywhere, they ran into me and my boyfriend. Almost made me drop my plate. This should be a restaurant not a day care. Absolutely disgusting and horrible experience. Not at all like I remember Stevie B’s.
